How to Listen to Inner Guidance
Listening to intuition involves quieting the default mode network, (DMN) which Author, Journalist, and experiential researcher Michael Pollan, in his book How to Change Your
Mind (2018), referred to as the “me” network. Its about self-identity and the ego (in other words, "the story of me.")
